TALON · LOCAL TOURISM AI

Connecting stories through masks,
an AI character for Andong.

TalON is a tourism AI character web demo inspired by Hahoe masks and local stories. Conversations help visitors explore places of interest while checking sources and distinguishing facts, legends and fiction.

Discover stories through an original performance combining mask changes, voices and lyric subtitles. Choose a half-day or full-day route suited to your mode of travel, open it in Kakao Map and save the experience as a souvenir card.

PC GAME · PROTOTYPE

To survive,
read the clues.

You are trapped in the back storeroom of a collapsed convenience store. Through a small hole in the wall, observe visitors, talk to them and decide who receives your limited supplies and information. Piece together words and visible clues in this turn-based survival and relationship mystery game.

Built with Godot and GDScript, the local Windows build runs from the prologue through one episode's ending and epilogue. The prototype is currently being tested, and its on-screen art is still in the concept stage.

CRPI

Using data to close
gaps in consular protection

CRPI — Consular Resource Priority Index — is a policy decision-support tool that ranks protection priorities for diplomatic missions worldwide using only public Ministry of Foreign Affairs data, such as travel advisories and safety notices. It combines risk (travel advisory level), exposure (the local Korean population and visitors) and response capacity (mission staffing) into one score, highlighting missions where risk is high and protection capacity is limited.

The rule-based scoring formula is transparent, allowing each score to be traced back to its source data. Generative AI is used only to assist with unstructured text, such as summarizing safety notices or interpreting disaster bulletins. In emergency mode, AI suggests indicator mappings from an uploaded disaster bulletin. After a staff member reviews and confirms them, the rule engine calculates disaster-adjusted rankings separately from routine scores. CRPI proposes; people decide.

Data

Stage

ORIGINAL IP

Born from relationships,
an original world in development.

PRINCIPLES

Our approach defines us

01

Start with evidence

Original editions, public-data Open APIs and official institutional materials. Our cultural and public-data projects start from traceable sources and are designed to let people check the evidence.

02

People make the final decision

AI builds outlines, suggests indicators and writes drafts. People always make the final decision and give approval. Hanpyeon's episode approval, CRPI's disaster indicator confirmation and Onseo and Daseol's fact and rights reviews are all designed this way.

03

Connections bring stories to life

We don't replicate characters. Each connection formed through reading and responding brings a story to life anew. We always make clear that it is a fictional creation.

STUDIO

Turning research into
real-world services

Project V is an independent studio led by AI researcher Mintai Kim. His research spans audio signal processing, speech recognition, time-series forecasting and LLM applications. He has published four SCI(E) papers, three as first author, and participated in six national R&D projects. The studio began with a goal: turning research into services that work in practice.
